The Sadomasochistic Tales of the Stupid Richard Dawkins

Dawkins labeled the God of the Bible as "the most unpleasant character in all fiction."

“The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.” (Richard Dawkins, “The God Delusion,” Ch2, pp 31)

“Sadomasochistic” is the adjective form of sadism and masochism combined and is abbreviated S-M or S and M. As defined in the dictionary, the noun form, sadomasochism is “gratification, especially sexual, gained through inflicting or receiving pain.”So, is the God of the Bible sadomasochistic? If so, to whom and from whom? 

This baseless and foolish accusation of Richard Dawkins is now reverberating in his person! To call God "sadomasochist" or even simply sadist or masochist is the height of unparalleled idiocy. First, he who doesn't exist is deficient of any description. Second, it is utterly presumptuousness to describe what one denies! Not even the archenemy of God, satan, ever called God "sadist" or "sadomasochist"! 

Satan feels the lust and lasciviousness of human flesh.

JAMES 3:16, 15 

16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. 

15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

The Son of God, Jesus Christ, the true image and manifestation of God in the flesh, never had experienced sexual pleasure nor lasciviousness, more so, the pleasure of being a sadist.

I PETER 4:1 

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

HEBREWS 4:15 

For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 

22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:

How can a God with human flesh having controlled His desire and lust be called "sadist", more so, the Father? 

Apparently, Dawkins, whom I firmly believe has sexual lust and desire, know the pleasure of being a sadist! To pass on the stinking mud on your face to somebody else's face is most certainly unfair!

JAMES 1:14 

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Dawkins and his ancestors are no exemptions from this verse! Mind you, even apes have sexual lust and desire but never sadists. (Heterosexual) sexual relationships among human beings is God's way of procreation. It is always moderated by His teachings and prohibitions.

HEBREWS 13:4 

Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

His laws intend to produce God-fearing people.

MALACHI 2:15 

And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one?That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.

He commanded the male to love his wife, just as the wife should love her husband.

EPHESIANS 5:28 

So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Far from being a sadist, a God-fearing man will not inflict harm on his sexual partner. Such a law cannot come from a God who authored everything that is good, just, desirable, and truth.

PHILIPPIANS 4:8-9 

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 

9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

But the thinking of Richard Dawkins is the opposite of all these goodness that God caused to be written in the Bible. God, is a spirit, without flesh. Man has a spirit and flesh.

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

GENESIS 6:3 

And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.

All flesh have the lust of a flesh.

I CORINTHIANS 15:39 

All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.

God is a spirit that inhabits a person and teaches him to have control over his flesh.

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

COLOSSIANS 3:5-6 

5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

To show the best of examples that God is not sadist or sadomasochist, we can consider His creation. His creation is the expression of His character and power.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, beingunderstood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

A species of bee that God created proves that being sadist is out of God's plan and wisdom. Here’s an excerpt from an article by Debbie Hadley on what she calls “the tragic plight of the male honey bee” after sex with the queen bee. 

A martyr in a sexual relationship must not be called "sadist." Humans (not atheists) are also proof that God is not a sadist. The following is a song, “After the Lovin’” by Engelbert Humperdinck showcasing the loving man, acting accordingly as ordained by his Maker -

There are so many good things that man can learn from his Creator but is impossible for atheists to ponder on them and understand. Normally, love is shown even after the sex act. 

Below is the stupid reason of Dawkins calling God "sadist" or "sadomasochistic."

Why God Can Hinder Pestilence But May Allow It

When pestilences struck Egypt, Pharaoh did not believe that they came from the God of the Israelites, a people whom he didn't want to liberate. As it is, Pharaoh believed in so many gods. “The Most Famous Atheist” Richard Dawkins does not believe in any one of them either because he is an atheist! 

Comparing Pharaoh and Dawkins, in principle, Pharaoh is better because he did not accuse the God of the Bible being pestilential. It is just that this ruler of ancient Egypt cannot accept that the God of his slaves is more powerful than his gods! Pharaoh can even be considered having a better line of thinking and rationality than Richard Dawkins. It is but expected for a king to believe that his god is more powerful than the God of the nation that served Him as slaves. Richard Dawkins on the other hand has shunned all logic when he accused somebody who does not exist being pestilential! 

The God of the Bible in reality may cause pestilences to come to people - people who do not heed his warnings. 

DEUTERONOMY 28:15, 21-22 

15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.

22 The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

Dawkins is a known scientist. I will not guess when I say that he knows how pestilences happen. He knows that bacteria and viruses are the cause of pestilences. Considering that he is an evolutionary biologist and ethologist, he should not blame God for the pestilences that afflict humanity. He should rather blame his ancestors because he firmly believes that he came from single-celled organisms like bacteria, archea and protozoa. 

There is another way of looking at the fundamental importance of gradualness for Darwin. His contemporaries, like many people still today, had a hard time believing that the human body and other such complex entities could conceivably have come into being through evolutionary means. If you think of the single-celled Amoeba as our remote ancestor —as, until quite recently, it was fashionable to do - many people found it hard in their minds to bridge the gap between Amoeba and man. They found it inconceivable that from such simple beginnings something so complex could emerge. Darwin appealed to the idea of a gradual series of small steps as a means of overcoming this kind of incredulity. You may find it hard to imagine an Amoeba turning into a man, the argument runs, but you do not find it hard to imagine an Amoeba turning into a slightly different kind of Amoeba.” (Richard, Dawkins, The Blind Watchmaker, page 249).

God’s part in pestilences is in allowing them to happen to make people realize their mistakes and rebellion against Him and to bring them back to Him and have a life that is pestilence-free. 

HAGGAI 2:17 

I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the labors of your hands; yet ye turned not to me, saith the LORD.

Being obedient to God’s laws can set a peaceful communal life that merits His protection and care against pestilences. 

EXODUS 15:26 

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for am the LORD that healeth thee.

How can a God who wishes to protect His people from pestilences be pestilential? It's idiotic to claim He is! Actually, the God of the Bible in His creation has outlined the well-being not only of humanity but the entire animal kingdom and the plant kingdom as well. 

 It is a well-known scientific fact that bacteria and viruses are necessary for the ecological balance that sustains human life. Without bacteria and viruses, we will see a world full of carcasses of animals, humans and other living things. Take the case of the Fallen Monarch in the forest of the USA. Although it seems to be unaffected by the decomposition process carried out by bacteria and viruses, all scientists believe that someday it will finally decompose! But today, it is serving its purpose of being a tourist item. 

II CORINTHIANS 4:18 

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The aging and the final passing away of stars are scientifically recorded in the Bible even before scientists have known that stars die. 

HEBREWS 1:10-12 

10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: 

11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; 

12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.

GOD'S MEASURES TO PREVENT PESTILENCES 
Upon touching a dead carcass, animals or men, God’s people are commanded to clean themselves and wash their clothes in flowing water. 

LEVITICUS 11:27-32

27 And whatsoever goeth upon his paws, among all manner of beasts that go on all four, those are unclean unto you: whoso toucheth their carcass shall be unclean until the even. 

28 And he that beareth the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: they are unclean unto you. 

29 These also shall be unclean unto you among the creeping things that creep upon the earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoise after his kind, 

30 And the ferret, and the chameleon, and the lizard, and the snail, and the mole. 

31 These are unclean to you among all that creep: whosoever doth touch them, when they be dead, shall be unclean until the even. 

32 And upon whatsoever any of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherein any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.

He cannot just say that these animals who died by themselves are infected with viruses and bacteria because during those times people were not ready to understand. There were no microscopes or optical instruments for them to see what God was referring to. But He is simply speaking about the spread of communicable diseases that the unseen bacteria and viruses may cause! 

One of His agents to prevent the spread of pestilences in animals and in humans is the creation of the vulture. 

God’s prohibition about sexual perversion is simply His way of preventing the spread of gonorrhea, candidiasis, syphilis, and the like. 

LEVITICUS 18:23  

Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

These immoral and perverse sexual practices of humans are blamed now to be the causes of AIDS, which scientists believe came from baboons. Here’s an excerpt from a research described by Hartford University - 

HIV-2 has been traced to the Simian Immune Virus (SIV) carried by sooty mangabeys. In fact, the genetic sequence of the two viruses are more alike than those of HIV-1 and HIV-2. During the 8th Annual Retrovirus Conference in February 2001 Beatrice Hahn and Eric Delaporte reported on cross species infections. They have documented nine cases in which chimpanzees, sooty mangabeys, and a mandrill passed SIV to humans. Antibodies to SIV were found in the victims' blood samples. They also analyzed blood samples of nearly 400 monkeys and baboons to assess the degree to which their antibodies bind to HIV. 18% of the samples exhibited strong binding and another 14% showed less strong binding. If it is true that humanity evolved from monkeys, or chimpanzees, or primates, why is it that his immune system during the evolution period was not trained to produce antibodies against the AIDS virus, which is originally believed to have come from primates – his alleged ancestors? Dawkins, the atheist scientist, must explain this.

PROVERBS 5:10-11 

10 Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labors be in the house of a stranger; 

11 And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,

All animals prohibited by God to be touched and be eaten among the Israelites are animals found by science to be the cause of modern plagues in human society! 

 In his report for CNN.com, Steve Osofsky in “How to keep viruses in the wild from finding humans,” (October 9, 2014) wrote - 

Bats seem to be a unique source of zoonotic viruses (viruses transmissible from animals to people) -- from SARS and Ebola to Nipah and rabies -- just to name a few. Because of this we should work to discourage the capture, killing and consumption of bats, the disruption of their roosting trees, and the establishment of farms right where they defecate and urinate. LEVITICUS 11:19

Camels are one of the causes of MERS. News from the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP) reporting on MERS cases (2/9/2015) said - 

The WHO also reiterated previous warnings that people at risk for severe disease, such as those with diabetes, renal failure, or weak immunity, should avoid contact with camels, drinking raw camel milk or camel urine, and eating camel meat that is not thoroughly cooked. Also, the agency repeated its advice that those who work with camels should practice good personal hygiene and wear face protection and protective clothing. Meanwhile, pigs were found to be one of the causes of liver diseases. An article on “Hepatitis E Virus and Food” on the website of Food Safety, Authority of Ireland said - 

Emerging information on the causes of cases of hepatitis E acquired in Europe suggest that a possible exposure route could be contact with pigs infected with hepatitis E. Some recent studies suggest an association between hepatitis E infections and the consumption of undercooked pork products including wild boar. Studies in other European countries and the USA suggest that men above the age of 50 with pre-existing liver disease (e.g. cirrhosis ) are particularly vulnerable to infections with hepatitis E.

LEVITICUS 11:7 

And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven-footed, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.

What about seashells? There are conflicting reports on shellfish but even travel spots warn their people on the dangers of shellfish.

LEVITICUS 11:10 

And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:

To be pestilential is to be capable of producing or tending to produce infectious disease, to be destructive as shown by what we have discussed here. 

In sum, God the Creator has already forewarned man about certain plants and animals since the beginning. He was saying to man that these are an abomination and therefore implies a need for obedience to some law. First, physical life is not forever; it is fragile. Second, we need some intervention and that can only come from the creator. Therefore, when pestilence comes, one can be sure there were laws broken, and that God had a part in it. On that score he can be pestilential. But he can also not allow it. 

Pestilence to man is scary, but learning what pestilence can do should benefit man. Only when he subjects himself to laws that are meant to be can he appreciate pestilence when it does not come.

The God of the Bible, the Almighty, is not Megalomaniac

The God of the Bible is the most powerful being that exists. That is what “Almighty” connotes and it is not hard for believers to grasp that. He declares his being almighty. He declares his expectations and the result of coming up to his expectations. It is making sure that as Creator, his purpose is served. One day, he talked to the man he appoints for something great.

GENESIS 17:1 

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

God’s power is revealed in His creation. It is not uncommon that while working in the laboratories scientists stop awhile, being awed by the wonders of what they discover. Man is then without excuse if he cannot see God through his works.

Things that are seen give us an idea of how powerful the Creator is. The enormous power of one of His smaller stars, our Sun, is calculated by modern scientists to last for another 10 billion years. But there are stars millions of times bigger than our Sun. Here’s an excerpt from a NASA publication. 

Whatever would happen, we can see that stars in the universe like the Sun are part of the handiwork of a great God and everything is not forever – but there are things eternal. Just as there are things seen, there are things unseen. Let us consider the unseen. It is said they are the eternal.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18

If things visible can give us an idea of how powerful their Creator is, our entire faculty, including our brains, cannot fathom the power within the invisible realm of reality. That explains why we need faith in God to see things and understand.

HEBREWS 11:3 

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Things that are seen were made from things that are not seen. This again proves the scientificity of the scriptures. Scientists believe with certainty that unseen things do exist in the universe. This belief prompted the construction of the LHC or Large Hadron Collider, an instrument used to study the smallest known particles.

In an article written for The Huffington Post UK (03/07/2012) by Ted Thornhill wrote that a total of 10,000 scientists and engineers from more than 60 countries worked on LHC. The most powerful supercomputer system in the world cost £2.6bn to build, he said. The LHC houses 9300 magnets – pre-cooled to -193.2C, using 10,080 tonnes of liquid nitrogen. They are then taken down to -271.3C with liquid helium. What is the purpose of LHC?

The search for the God particle is a key task for the Large Hadron Collider, which straddles the borders of France and Switzerland, firing protons and lead ions around a 17mile circular tunnel. It was designed to reveal the secrets of the universe by recreating the conditions that existed immediately after the big bang.

Whether they will be able to find out what they are looking for after all the expense, time, and energy, there is still the God of the Bible to contend with. Take him away from the big picture and your understanding will not be complete.

Combine the fathomable with the unfathomable and it equals the power of the God Almighty! How can a God with unfathomable power be "megalomaniac" as charged by Richard Dawkins? By definition, is God someone with a psychological disorder with symptoms like delusions of grandeur and an obsession with power?

 The God of the Bible does not claim power – as power is inherent in His being! He is making known His power rather, through His creation. It is true to form that he has given man incredible brains but with limited understanding. This should make man realize that humans cannot in reality grasp the potentials of His power!

ISAIAH 55:8-9 

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Gourav Gola wrote unbelievable facts about the human brain in UNB Facts (www. unbelievable-facts.com). Titled “10 Unbelievable Facts About Human Brain That Everyone Should Know” the article written July 2, 2012 mentions the first three important facts -

1. Nerve impulses to and from the brain travel as fast as 170 miles per hour. Ever wonder how you can react so fast to things around you or why that stubbed toe hurts right away? It’s due to the super-speedy movement of nerve impulses from your brain to the rest of your body and vice versa, bringing reactions at the speed of a high powered luxury sports car.

2. The brain operates on the same amount of power as 10-watt light bulb. The cartoon image of a light bulb over your head when a great thought occurs isn’t too far off the mark. Your brain generates as much energy as a small light bulb even when you’re sleeping.

3. The human brain cell can hold 5 times as much information as the Encyclopedia Britannica. Or any other encyclopedia for that matter. Scientists have yet to settle on a definitive amount, but the storage capacity of the brain in electronic terms is thought to be between 3 or even 1,000 terabytes. The National Archives of Britain, containing over 900 years of history, only takes up 70 terabytes, making your brain’s memory power pretty darn impressive.

Comparing the brain and the computer, the former is much, much bigger than any computer according to Chris Chatham. Writing about the important differences on www. Scienceblogs.com, his article posted on March 27, 2007, said among others –

Accurate biological models of the brain would have to include some 225,000,000,000,000,000 (225 million billion) interactions between cell types, neurotransmitters, neuromodulators, axonal branches and dendritic spines, and that doesn’t include the influences of dendritic geometry, or the approximately 1 trillion glial cells which may or may not be important for neural information processing. Because the brain is nonlinear, and because it is so much larger than all current computers, it seems likely that it functions in a completely different fashion…. The brain-computer metaphor obscures this important, though perhaps obvious, difference in raw computational power.

The most powerful computer known is the brain according to another research. In an article titled, “’Minicomputers' Live Inside the Human Brain” (www.livescience.com) dated October 29, 2013, Charles Q. Choi Live wrote –

The most powerful computer known is the brain. The human brain possesses about 100 billion neurons with roughly 1 quadrillion — 1 million billion — connections known as synapses wiring these cells together.

Neurons each act like a relay station for electrical signals. The heart of each neuron is called the soma — a single thin cablelike fiber known as the axon that sticks out of the soma carries nerve signals away from the neuron, while many shorter branches called dendrites that project from the other end of the soma carry nerve signals to the neuron.

The brain is therefore very powerful yet has its terminal points or boundary. And man keeps on trying to puzzle out secrets but some are reserved for the Creator, and therefore man is still searching about beginnings. God knows the capacity of man. He knows our limits, while most of the time we don’t. Our brains and the faculties in it and the extent of what they can do are exactly the perfect fit for the human – limited but enough for his needs. The limitation, though, is not what it is about but the end of what He had intended for man. Striving to go beyond the limits of thinking can be harmful to our person.

THE ROMANS 12:3 

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

The existence of atheists like the species of Richard Dawkins displays the uncontestable truth that there are beings who have lost their sense of decency and reason - with habitual improper use of their brains or perhaps the lack of use thereof, or better still to say that they have reached the point of being psychopaths!

Dawkins, charging the God of the Bible as "megalomaniac" while believing that He doesn't exist makes him the worst psychopath ever! Dawkins will never win a case in any court of law considering the rule of estoppel!

 The Legal Dictionary defines estoppel as “a legal principle that bars a party from denying or alleging a certain fact owing to that party's previous conduct, allegation, or denial. The rationale behind estoppel is to prevent injustice owing to inconsistency or fraud.” This definition is echoed in the Encarta dictionary.

THE ROMANS 14:22 (RSV) 

The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God; happy is he who has no reason to judge himself for what he approves.

Notice that Dawkins enjoys the veneration of atheists and therefore continues on disparaging God through his books and earning from them. The sad fact is that thousands and thousands quote and re-quote him, thereby propagating his foolishness. Because he cannot win in debates with the clergy, he advances that he cannot disprove the existence of God, therefore is more of an agnostic. The newfound god of the atheists, however, still wears the hat of Most Famous Atheist and he acts up to it with the books he churns out for his bread and butter.

 By the truth revealed in the Bible we can infer that Dawkins was never happy in his life, with a heart full of bitterness, delusions, and malevolent thinking. But take the case of water. There is power in water. Water, unable to speak, displays its power, but there is a power that water cannot subdue.

SONG OF SOLOMON 8:7 

Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned.

Take the case of knowledge. There is power in knowledge, but there is something that is above knowledge.

I CORINTHIANS 13:8 (RSV) 

Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.

Take the case of the word of God. There is power in the word of God that Dawkins laughs at as fiction. By His word He is able to perform wonders – from creation to forming man to judgment. No matter how one lies, God can see through that man.

HEBREWS 4:12 

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

God's word will prevail over every existing creation.

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

When the word of God said 3,500 years ago that "a man shall die and neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand,” it remains uncontested to this very day!

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

Science and scientists have their prophecies, their hypotheses since time immemorial, that someday death can be conquered by man's knowledge. This hope is hopeless though millions of scientists and their networks are working day and night to approach that dream! But this is a problem with no real solution because it was not meant to be. The physical death of man is part of God’s design. It has to come for a larger event in man’s life to take place. Take away purpose and you will never understand.

When the Bible said that animals are tamable, it is proven to be true!

If the Bible says that there is something untamable, it is equally true especially in the case of atheists and Richard Dawkins. People who talk a lot without understanding are with untamed tongues.

Only God can tame a tongue. Only when Richard Dawkins comes to know God will he stop speaking evil against him. His meager kindergarten Sunday school taught him nothing.

The God of the Bible: Forcing out the Genocidal, Infanticidal, and Filicidal

We come to the other charges of an evolutionary biologist against the God of the Bible that He is genocidal, infanticidal, and filicidal. 

These shocking definitions come from Richard Dawkins who, until lately, is known as the most famous atheist. In recent debates with some clergy, Dawkins has described himself as an agnostic and “cannot disprove the existence of God,” prompting the religious to call on atheists to look for another leader. Dawkins, after all, is not a militant secularist although he would like the world to believe he is one. For all his mudslinging at the God of the Bible, he admittedly “cannot disprove the existence of God.” 

Nevertheless, in coming up with a book where has earned a fortune and still is, Dawkins called God, among other descriptions, “genocidal, infanticidal, and filicidal.” 

 Genocide is defined in the dictionary as murder of an entire ethnic group: the systematic killing of all the people from a national, ethnic, or religious group, or an attempt to do this. 

Infanticide is defined as the act of killing infants or a newborn baby. 

And filicide means killing of one’s own child. 

The -al variations, of course, are adjectives. If God were genocidal, infanticidal, filicidal, that means he is capable of doing all these, has done them, is doing them, or tends to do them – along the terms that Dawkins understands. 

But all these charges of Dawkins against the God of the Bible redounds to him bull's eye! In writing for Daily Mail of UK (www.dailymail.co.uk), George Pitcher on December 16, 2011, exposed the mind of Dawkins who asked another atheist, Christopher Hitchens, 'Do you ever worry that if we win and, so to speak, destroy Christianity, that vacuum would be filled by Islam?' 

Titled “Professor Richard Dawkins makes a festive vow to 'destroy Christianity,'” Pitcher wrote -

Hitchens is thoughtful about CS Lewis and Christianity and rather leaves Prof. Dawkins floundering in his wake, occasionally interjecting little assents to show that he's still there, as he struggles to keep up.

But one of these interjections is most revealing. About half-way through, the Prof gets this in edgeways: 'Do you ever worry that if we win and, so to speak, destroy Christianity, that vacuum would be filled by Islam?'

For background, very few of the major atheists have come into the open, declaring that their purpose is to destroy Christianity. Their intent is usually limited to simple criticism, open dialogue. But here comes Dawkins. 

In an interview with Christopher Hitchens, Dawkins queries the late atheist whether he has considered a scenario wherein they win and destroy Christianity. Should that happen, would the vacuum be filled by Islam? 

Dawkins denied later on that he said this but George Pitcher stands pat on what he wrote. The reporter of Daily Mail said Hitchens was an atheist while he lived but did not have “destroy Christianity” as an agenda. 

So, Dawkin’s unfulfilled plan to destroy all Christianity is definitely genocidal! If the God of the Bible were genocidal, no atheist would be alive today! 

As part of the comments on George Pitcher’s article, a reader from United Kingdom said the speech of Dawkins should be monitored closely. Imagine having a dream of destroying Christianity, calling religion as virus, and impressing that teaching children about God is child abuse. 

This kind of speech should be monitored closely. To "destroy" people, to label religious views as a "virus" and to bring children up in Christianity as "child abuse" are all things he has said. This kind of talk would not be out of place in Nazi Germany. We have to be very careful.

King David, after experiencing cruelty and bitterness from his enemies with whom he had done no wrong, prayed that God may destroy them all. 

PSALMS 109:4-5, 13 

4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer. 

5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. 

13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

PSALMS 83:17

Let them be confounded and troubled forever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:

Although David was a favored man of God, God did not hearken unto him! Why? Because He is not genocidal. 

II PETER 3:9 

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

God ordering the annihilation of the Canaanites was not being genocidal. The order was an execution of judgment against a people or a nation of infanticides and filicides! This is about a race needing to be blotted out because of what they did to their children (child sacrifice, free sex, child prostitution, and the like). Their culture did not merit being preserved. 

DEUTERONOMY 12:29-31

29 When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land; 

30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. 

31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

How can a God that abhors infanticide, Himself be infanticidal and filicidal? In truth, it is Dawkins who is infanticidal and certainly filicidal when he advised someone in twitter asking a hypothetical question to abort her child! 

God would never agree to hurt an unborn fetus! Unlike Dawkins who arrogates to himself some authority as to who should live and who should die, here is what the God of the Bible says - 

EXODUS 21:22-24 

22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. 

23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, 

24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

By God's law Richard Dawkins merits death for being genocidal, infanticidal, and filicidal! 

Forgetting Richard Dawkins, let us discover from the Bible the gentleness and the loving kindness of the God of the Bible. 

God takes care of a baby from conception to adulthood until death. 

Before a baby is born, the mammary glands of the mother works in preparing all the necessary ingredients of life and the defenses for the baby's well-being. The breast of a feeding mother is nature-tuned for her to remember that her baby must be fed at the right moment. 

An authority on breastfeeding, Kelly Bonyata, wrote on August 31, 2011 (http://kellymom.com) - 

During pregnancy and the first few days postpartum, milk supply is hormonally driven – this is called the endocrine control system. Essentially, as long as the proper hormones are in place, mom will start making colostrum about halfway through pregnancy (Lactogenesis I) and her milk will increase in volume (Lactogenesis II) around 30-40 hours after birth.

According to her, earlier researchers observed that milk volume is typically greater in the morning hours and falls gradually as the day progresses. Quoting Hurgoiu (1985), she wrote that fat content tends to increase as the day progresses. These observations are consistent with current research where babies were found to normally have longer sleep at night and gradually decreases the amount of time between nursing as the day progresses. 

ISAIAH 49:15 

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

God is protecting each growing child by his injunctions to parents to care for their children. He placed those paternal instincts in their consciousness. 

I TIMOTHY 5:8 (RSV)

 If any one does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his own family, he has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

EPHESIANS 6:4 

And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

These laws are not only protective measures but penalties go with those uncaring and disobeying parents! 

REVELATION 21:8 
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

An uncaring parent is worse than an infidel or unbeliever, and infidels are destined to the lake of fire. At the age of puberty, a virgin is placed under the protection of the father.

Nevertheless he that standeth steadfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.

How can the God of the Bible that cares for a human being from conception until adulthood be infanticidal, filicidal, and genocidal? 

 Back to Dawkins, surely, he doesn't deserve to be a professor! He is a MONSTER!!! 

Arguably, Dawkins is the most repulsive character around - not in fiction - but in the physical, spiritual, and mental reality!

Why God is not a Racist

The God whose existence Richard Dawkins and atheists deny is the God of the Bible.  Dawkin’s accusation against this God is based on his misunderstanding of the scriptures! He charged the Biblical God of being "homophobic" because this Biblical God does not approve of the perverted sexual desire and practices of homosexuals.

Homophobia is irrational fear or aversion to or discrimination against homosexuality or homosexuals. God, being the creator, is also the creator of homosexuals and has no reason to fear or discriminate against what he created. As explained in earlier posts, it is what homosexuals can do (activating their orientation) that is abominable to God.

For one to charge another as homophobic carries the inherent implication that one is a supporter, an adherent, a partisan, an advocator, a backer, a proponent, an exponent of licentiousness that some homosexuals engage in. It is safe to say Dawkins agrees with abominable and dangerous sexual perversion that science says is quite unsafe. The Bible warns -

LEVITICUS 18:22

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 

Dawkins was indeed selective with whom to bushwhack while there are within the sphere of human religiosity, many "gods"!

GALATIANS 4:8

Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.

This crusading idol of atheists did not attack nor charge Buddha, the god of the Buddhists. He did not attack rats, the gods of some Indians, simply because rats can be seen and are hardly god to him. These rats mate with their mother or father, and they could be the ancestors of Evolutionist Dawkins and his peers.

One of the most disgusting and stupid accusations of Dawkins against the God of the Bible is that He is a racist. A racist would believe that a particular race is superior to another.

IS THE GOD OF THE BIBLE A RACIST?

The Biblical God as we have discussed in an earlier blog is a God who does not practice favoritism or "is not a respecter of persons."

THE ACTS 10:34-35

34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

How can a God, who is not a respecter of persons, be a respecter of race or a racist? Even before humanity came to the point of being divided into different races, God showed Abraham His loving kindness to all races that would be.

GENESIS 12:3 (DOUAY-RHEIMS VERSION)

I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee, and IN THEE shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

How can a God, who is willing to bless all kindreds of earth, be racist? This pronouncement of God to Abraham came with a promise even before there were races.

ISAIAH 66:8

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

What the God of the Bible wants to do is to bless races as He blessed Abraham. If there be any curse that befalls a race or a nation it is not God's desire but a measure of justice to wayward nations like those in Canaan at the time of the exodus! This necessary and fair act of the God of the Bible to maintain world order can hardly be understood by atheists and the likes of Richard Dawkins.

ISAIAH 60:12

For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

There is only one point in the Bible wherein God can be considered racist! This is where He loves the human race more than the angels. By that, He becomes racist – in the true sense - but again as with a managerial God, He has order. Among the human race however, the playing field is level: they who do not form or conform into his image lose their right to be a race worth preserving.

HEBREWS 2:16 (RSV)

For surely it is not with angels that he is concerned but with the descendants of Abraham.

God loves humans more than anything in His creation!

HEBREWS 2:6-7

6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?

7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honor, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:

JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL

The Bible calls the Israelites as "God's chosen people.” Chosen, why and for what? Certainly not because God is racist!  The Israelites were chosen for them to be the forefathers of the "seed.” Notice that seed is singular, and it refers to Christ.

GALATIANS 3:16

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

THE ROMANS 9:4-5

4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.

The chosen "seed" coming from the race of Abraham will be the savior of all other races on earth!

THE ACTS 2:39

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

As flashback, Israelites were said to be God’s people. There was the intention of God to make them be, but as history reveals, Israel failed with all their idolatry and sinfulness. Theiniquities of the Israelites reached the pinnacle of His patience and leniency that He took from them His kingdom and promised to establish it among the very people whom the Israelites hated most – the Gentiles. This emphasizes that God is not a racist, but a God of justice, founded on reasons and equity.

Remember that Israel was most favored by God at that time they were commanded to drive away the wayward Canaanites. Next, it was their turn to be deprived of blessings because of their hard-heartedness. This is a prophecy being fulfilled for the end times – and that is today – whether you believe it or not.

MATTHEW 21:43

Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

THE ROMANS 11:25

For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.

A racist would disregard justice. God, however, practices justice which practice reverberates deep within the heart of an intelligent being like a human made from the likeness and image of his Creator GOD! But certainly not in humans who are descendants of beasts like Darwin.

Let us consider these scientific findings.

Nature works within the human race. Naturally nature works with a common pattern for humans. Humans with short stature bear offspring of short stature too. But nature has extra-curricular activities!

A dwarf is a short-statured person whose adult height is 4 feet 10 inches or under. Dwarfism can be caused by any one of more than 300 conditions, most of which are genetic and present at birth (http://kidshealth.org).

Disturbed by a variety of factors in the environment, the work of nature can be unnatural. A misbehaving immune system maybe the cause of autoimmune diseases.

An autoimmune disorder occurs when the body’s immune system attacks and destroys healthy body tissue by mistake. 

..When you have an autoimmune disorder, your immune system does not distinguish between healthy tissue and antigens. As a result, the body sets off a reaction that destroys normal tissues.

The exact cause of autoimmune disorders is unknown. One theory is that some microorganisms (such as bacteria or viruses) or drugs may trigger changes that confuse the immune system. What is wonderful to know is that God's pronouncement or words in the Bible can over-power the workings of nature!

God prohibits man's unnecessary intervention in nature, like crossbreeding.

LEVITICUS 19:19

Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle engender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woolen come upon thee.

We can understand that this statute intends to conserve and preserve each particular species of animals and plants. Studies show that crossbreeding produce undesirable results, like genetically modified organisms, thus, proving again the scientificity of God's pronouncements in the Bible.

Big Cat Rescue is an organization that makes a pitch against crossbreeding animals. It asks a critical question and answers it: “Where do Ligers come from? Irresponsible breeders is the short answer.” Here is its more detailed explanation -

A liger is the result of breeding a male lion to a tigress. A tigon is the result of breeding a male tiger to a lioness. Since lions and tigers do not exist in the same areas, this is not something that happens in the wild. It is done in captivity by disreputable carnies to produce a freak that ignorant people will pay to see. These cats suffer from many birth defects and usually die young. Because ligers are usually larger than either parent, it also puts the tigress at great risk in carrying the young and may require C-section deliveries or kill her in the process.When the public quits paying to see these unfortunate creatures, the evil people responsible for breeding them will stop this inhumane practice.

In the campaign of Bigcatrescue.org, it warns the public of the evil motives behind this crossbreeding. It says –

…Anyone who cares about animals knows that this is a despicable thing to do because the cats have to spend their lives in deprivation and confinement and are genetically so unhealthy that they usually die young. The only reason anyone breeds ligers is to create a freak that simple-minded people will pay to see.

This organization that is bent on conserving lions and tigers in their natural state posted a story written by Maryann Mott dated August 5, 2005. The title is, “Ligers Make a ‘Dynamite’ Leap Into the Limelight.” The obvious motive however is to justify the need to crossbreed, hence the novel products - ligers and tigons. According to Bigcatrescue.org, this story “attempts to make it sound like there could be some reason to breed lions and tigers for public amusement.”

It’s half lion, half tiger, and completely real. Now thanks to a cameo in the 2004 cult movie Napoleon Dynamite, the liger has leaped into the limelight, prompting fans to ask, what are they really like?

The faintly striped, shaggy-maned creatures are the offspring of male lions and female tigers, which gives them the ability to both roar like lions and chuff like tigers - a supposedly affectionate sound that falls somewhere between a purr and a raspberry.

Weighing in at about a thousand pounds (450 kilograms) each, they typically devour 50 pounds (23 kilograms) of raw meat in a meal.

“For the most part they’re really laid back,” said Jason Hutcherson, vice president of Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain , Georgia. “They like to swim and play in the water.”

The drive-through wildlife park is believed to have the country’s largest concentration of ligers, housing ten of the massive cats.

Since 1999 the park has bred its male lion and female tiger many times, producing about 24 cubs.

Not all of them have been healthy, though. We’ve had 3 out of 24 that, for all practical purposes, were normal but developed as they grew older some kind of neurological disorder,” Hutcherson said.

Autopsies didn’t reveal what caused the cubs to develop “head shakes,” so park staff “chalked it up to a genetic defect,” Hutcherson said.

Accredited zoos frown on the practice of mixing two different species and have never bred ligers, says Jane Ballentine, a spokesperson for the American Zoo and Aquarium Association, based in Silver Spring , Maryland. “Keeping the two species separate has always been standard procedure,” she said.

The story went on and on and one gets the feeling that the author is trying its best to be balanced, mentioning what health authorities said about these new breeds, but at the same time was gushing over such creatures of interest.

Back to (heterosexual) mating, one thing is certain, God never prohibited the mating of a black to a white race, or to a red race, or to a yellow race, for Him to be a racist. The example of Moses marrying an Ethiopian woman clearly did not elicit disapproval from God.

NUMBERS 12:1-8

1 And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.

2 And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.

3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)

4 And the LORD spoke suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.

God approved of Moses marrying an Ethiopian or a black woman. He who created mankind is not a racist. In sum, it is still God who gives the standard of what is right and what is wrong with his creation – not just anyone especially Dawkins who dares to measure God although believing that he had descended from animals.
